As a Software Engineering Manager, you will design technical approaches, contribute to coding, and lead a team to execute on the technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner for your domain or service within our Retail Service Cloud
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the technical roadmap — from building new features to scaling the platform
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, clearly communicating details and pushing back on requests when necessary to maintain quality and focus
- Build and mentor a team of developers, driving productivity, growth, and engineering excellence
- Modernize and optimize our technology stack by replacing legacy code and services
- Architect and implement frameworks that power upcoming projects
- Plan and manage sprints, triage tickets, and contribute to product roadmap discussions
