As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you will be paid on a per-contract basis. Compensation varies depending on the client and program you are assigned to, with careerzynith contractors having earned up to $19 per hour. All payments are issued via direct deposit. The starting rate for many contracts begins around $10.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase earnings by taking on additional hours or specialized projects.
Please note: as a 1099 independent contractor, you will not receive traditional employee benefits such as paid vacation, sick leave, retirement contributions, Social Security employer contributions, workers' compensation, health or disability insurance, overtime pay, or unemployment insurance. Independent contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. careerzynith does, however, offer a flexible referral program that allows you to earn rewards for referring other qualified professionals to the network.
