About the Role

careerzynith is currently seeking a CPC Processor I – Customer Support to ensure the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues for both internal and external customers. This fully remote, call center-based position is ideal for professionals who excel at customer communication, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

As a frontline representative of careerzynith, you will be the voice our customers trust when they need critical information about medical record requests. Your ability to handle inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency will directly influence the experience of patients, insurance providers, attorneys, and healthcare partners who rely on careerzynith for secure data exchange.

Health and Safety Requirements

To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of careerzynith clients require post-offer health screenings and proof or completion of various vaccinations, such as the flu shot, Tdap, and COVID-19. Any requests for exemption from these requirements will be reviewed by careerzynith Human Resources on a case-by-case basis. Equal Pay Commitment

careerzynith is committed to compliance with the Equal Pay Act. The minimum range for this position is $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, with actual compensation determined based on location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
