As a Customer Service and Sales Associate at careerzynith, you are far more than a support representative—you are a brand ambassador, a trusted advisor, and a key driver of growth. You will be the voice of careerzynith, communicating with prospective and current parents, players, and coaches through phone, email, SMS, and live chat. Your role is to clearly and passionately communicate the transformational experience of an careerzynith camp or clinic, and to convert that enthusiasm into registrations that change lives.
Our Customer Service and Sales Associates become experts in every careerzynith product offering, from summer basketball camps to year-round coach training and clinic experiences. You will nurture key relationships within the careerzynith Partner Program, develop a deep mastery of our CRM and registration systems, and serve as the first point of contact for thousands of customers each season. This is a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time options available, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a measurable impact during peak season and beyond.
