US Tech Solutions is seeking an MSP Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Managed Service Provider clients across the Western United States. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of MSP accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Serve as the main liaison between customers, recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and new service offerings
- Track account performance, revenue targets, and KPIs
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing or technology requirements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of account management, client services, staffing, channel sales, or MSP experience
- Working knowledge of working with MSPs like Pontoon, Magnit, Kelly, AGS, Allegis, Agile1, Tapfin, Randstad etc
- Strong understanding of MSP/vendor management environments
- Experience managing enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or territory-based role
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience with IT staffing, contingent workforce programs, or VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or Magnit
- Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology services
- Existing relationships with West Coast enterprise accounts
