They are seeking a Salesforce Solution Consultant to lead cross-functional CRM strategy and oversee execution across Commercial Delivery Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise CRM strategy, innovation roadmap, and architectural governance across multiple business workstreams
- Partner with Client leadership to define technology direction, standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, AI, Mobile, Data, and Integration domains
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and next-generation customer engagement capabilities
- Provide technical leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications
- Own delivery oversight and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives

- 12 to 15 Years experienced
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce Org Strategy & roadmap
- Multi-org Salesforce strategy
- Org rationalization and consolidation
- Platform governance and decision frameworks
- Data governance and stewardship
- Release and environment management
- Demand intake and prioritization processes
- Architecture Review Board (ARB) setup
- Salesforce CoE establishment and operating cadence
- Executive KPI and value realization reporting
- Certification: CTA, Application Architect, System Architect
