Our Global Customer Service organization is the frontline of that promise. It ensures that every subscriber, regardless of language, device, or location, receives clear, helpful, and friendly assistance. To keep the experience simple, intuitive, and delightful, we are expanding our Content Strategy team and looking for a seasoned Technical Content Designer who can translate complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand guidance for both customers and support agents.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 – $190,000, with flexibility to allocate a portion of your total compensation toward stock options or additional salary, based on your personal financial goals.
