We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative – Medicare Operations, Contracting & Producer Certification Specialist to join our dynamic Health Care Benefits (HCB) Operations team. This is an exceptional opportunity for bilingual professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service while playing a critical role in the Medicare ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between careerzynith and the external producers and agents who help bring Medicare plans to millions of Americans.
Your primary responsibilities will include accurate data entry, processing Medicare contracts, scheduling appointments, and verifying certifications to ensure that external producers and agents are fully eligible and authorized to market Medicare plans on behalf of careerzynith. You may also support the background check review and documentation process, ensuring compliance and integrity across all operations.
