At careerzynith, we believe in the power of data to tell stories of transformation, empowerment, and upward mobility. Our organization stands at the forefront of building a diverse movement of upwardly mobile first-generation college graduates who are breaking barriers and overcoming underemployment through digital skills and peer connections. We're not just measuring impact—we're creating the American Dream as a tangible reality for those who strive to achieve brighter futures for themselves and their families. By connecting underemployed first-gen college graduates to one another through cohorts and across generations of cohorts, careerzynith is reshaping what economic mobility looks like in America.
Our intervention for underemployed graduates has already produced compelling wage outcomes for thousands of first-generation and low-income graduates across major metropolitan areas including New York, California, Illinois, and Florida. Within just 12 months of program completion, four-in-five careerzynith alumni achieve full employment. These aren't just statistics—they're families transformed, careers launched, and communities strengthened. To continue this vital work and ensure we're effectively tracking our impact, we need a meticulous, data-driven professional to join our team as a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator for Program Impact and Alumni Outcomes Evaluation.
This isn't your typical data entry role. You'll be at the intersection of technology, impact evaluation, and social change. Your work will directly influence how we understand, improve, and communicate the effectiveness of our programs. Every data point you enter, every discrepancy you resolve, and every report you generate contributes to our mission of ensuring upward mobility is accessible to all who work for it.
As a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator on careerzynith's Design & Evaluation team, you will serve as the guardian of our alumni employment and earnings data. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that careerzynith has a single, accurate "source of truth" for fellow and alumni outcomes data that drives strategic decision-making, impact reporting, and program improvement initiatives. You'll work remotely from within commuting distance of one of careerzynith's program sites, collaborating with colleagues across the Design & Evaluation, Alumni, Partnerships, and Program Operations teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
