Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit top talent across multiple industries and functions
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through networking and market expertise
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships
- Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through placement
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and career consultations
- Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
- Build your personal brand and professional network within the marketplace
Skills
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience required
- Proven success in recruiting, sourcing, and placing talent
- Strong business development and client relationship-building skills
- Experience managing the full desk or interest in growing into a full-desk recruiting role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team
