Jump Human Capital is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey. The role involves building automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with various teams, and managing multiple workstreams to improve processes and deliver successful campaign launches.
Responsibilities
- Build, quality assurance, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns/journeys
- Segmentation, suppressions, personalization, and data validation (basic SQL/reporting helpful)
- Support lifecycle nurture (Marketing Qualified Lead → Sales Qualified Lead) + help enable lead scoring/routing
- Coordinate with ~3 vendors/agencies; manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Skills
- 6+ years hands-on campaign execution
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required
- Strong quality assurance discipline + attention to detail
- Collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity/change and a team player
- Prefer in-house individual contributor experience
