[Remote] Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions
• Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, orders, returns, and service requests
• Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively
• Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, customer management systems, and standard office software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
