[Remote] Analyst, FP&A

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Verint is a company dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and workforce productivity through CX Automation. The Analyst, FP&A will be an integral part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal budget/forecast preparation
• Analyze and manage departmental results, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain and manage the chart of accounts
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Develop strong partnerships with business finance and regional accounting teams to ensure corporate budgeting, forecasting, and expense management requirements are met
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
• Maintain a strong understanding of accruals and prepaid expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
• 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably accounting experience
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of operating expenses (OPEX) and related financial analysis and reporting processes
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
• CPA and/or MBA desirable
• Knowledge of financial applications, ERP applications and/or planning applications desirable
• Big 4 experience a plus
