[Remote] AI Workforce Training and Change Management Consultant - Pinellas County RFP

They are seeking an AI Workforce Training and Change Management Consultant to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework for Pinellas County, focusing on workforce change management and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce skills assessments, awareness education, AI literacy plans, IT upskilling paths, executive briefings, communications, adoption support, and change management recommendations
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness

Skills

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred
