The role involves managing leads, following up consistently, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads (calls, web forms, text inquiries)
- Follow up relentlessly with prospects (speed + consistency wins)
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Rehash and revive old leads
- Work closely with the outside sales team to help close deals
- Track activity and performance inside CRM systems
- Help build and improve our inside sales processes
