Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.

· Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.

· Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications:

· High school degree or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

· 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Who You Are:

· Passionate about selling.

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.

· Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2.5 - hour radius from your home.

· Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.

· The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.

· Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.

· Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

· Full time – 5 Days a week, Monday through Saturday. One designated day-off per week.

· Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm. Saturday appointments will be at 9 or 10 am and 1 or 2 pm.

- Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500 - 1000 miles a week.

What We Offer:

· Approximate average of 2 appointments per day, 9-11 per week.
