Clinical Training & Strategy Manager

Location: Remote - (U.S.–based)
Travel Requirement: Up to 70%
Reports To: Associate Director, Sales Enablement


Position Overview

The Clinical Training & Strategy Manager plays a critical role in advancing Neuronetics’ mission to empower providers, technicians, and clinical teams through best‑in‑class education, training, and clinical excellence. This role leads the development, expansion, and execution of NeuroStar University (NSU) programs and broader clinical education initiatives across Neuronetics, Inc. while training and coaching Practice Development Managers (PDMs), Neuronetics team members, and NeuroStar customers on the safe and effective use of the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Obsessive‑Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Anxious Depression.


In close partnership with R&D, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, the Clinical Training & Strategy Manager ensures training programs are customer‑centric, scalable, and aligned with real‑world clinical and commercial needs. This role gathers actionable insights from the field to inform product enhancements, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and support long‑term revenue growth, while also contributing to product testing and usability feedback to accelerate time‑to‑market.
