VP of Finance – Health & Fitness

Director/VP of Finance | Wellness Franchise A rapidly growing wellness franchise organization to identify a hands-on Director/VP of Finance to help lead and scale the finance function across both corporate-owned locations and a growing national franchise network. This is a highly visible leadership role for a finance professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, creating financial visibility, and partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable operating in the details while also helping drive long-term business planning and operational performance. Ideal backgrounds include: • Wellness • Healthcare • MedSpa / Aesthetics • Franchise / Multi-Unit • Service-Based Consumer Businesses Key Responsibilities: • Lead weekly and monthly financial analysis and reporting across all business entities • Create and manage KPI scorecards, dashboards, and operational performance reporting • Drive the annual budgeting process along with ongoing forecasting and financial planning initiatives • Maintain rolling cash flow projections and updated financial reforecast models • Build and refine unit economics and multi-location financial performance models • Evaluate financial returns and investment opportunities tied to growth, expansion, and capital projects • Partner with operational leadership on strategic financial decisions including pricing, labor, marketing, and growth initiatives • Manage day-to-day accounting functions including QuickBooks, payroll coordination, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close • Oversee royalty reporting and franchise rebate reconciliation processes • Develop executive-level financial presentations and board reporting materials • Provide insight into financial performance through variance analysis and trend reporting • Coordinate lender reporting, covenant tracking, audits, and external financial requests • Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and accounting infrastructure • Assist in implementing scalable systems, automation tools, and process improvements • Serve as a key financial partner to leadership across operations, marketing, and franchise What We’re Looking For: • Strong accounting and financial reporting background • QuickBooks experience required • Hands-on and analytical leadership style • Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes • Strong business intelligence and financial modeling capabilities • Comfortable operating in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments • Experience supporting multi-unit or franchise organizations preferred • Strong communication skills with ability to translate numbers into business decisions • Self-directed, highly accountable, and project-oriented • Experience with lender reporting, audits, and board reporting preferred • Experience in wellness, healthcare, medspa, or service-based businesses strongly preferred What Makes This Opportunity Unique: • High visibility with executive leadership • Opportunity to help shape and build the finance function • Blend of strategic finance and operational leadership • Fast-paced, growth-oriented culture • Ability to make a meaningful impact across a growing national platform If interested, or if you know someone who may be a fit, feel free to reach out directly. #FinanceJobs #DirectorOfFinance #WellnessIndustry #HealthcareJobs #FranchiseOperations #AccountingJobs #MultiUnit #LeadershipHiring #WellnessCareers
