As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will support US-based doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in their clinical practice. You will also provide various frontline patient services and/or back-office tasks while providing administrative support to the client’s operations when needed. Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed: • Graduate of BS in Nursing or other Allied Health course (Registered or Underboard). • Background in healthcare accounts or hospital/clinical settings is an advantage, but not required. • Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken). • Willing and able to work fixed night shifts What Makes You Awesome: • Stellar English communication skills (both written and spoken). • You’re proactive and confident in addressing issues, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • Quick on your feet and love learning new things. • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating computers like a pro. • Your eye for detail is sharp—nothing gets past you!
