The Virtual Customer Care Representative is the frontline guardian of the warranty experience for homeowners in assigned communities. You will be the trusted liaison between homeowners, trade partners, and careerzynith’s internal teams, ensuring that every warranty claim is resolved quickly, accurately, and with the highest level of courtesy. Role Overview

Reporting to the Community Warranty Manager, you will manage the end‑to‑end warranty process for a portfolio of homes, from the moment a homeowner reports an issue through the final sign‑off of the repair. You will also cultivate strong relationships with trade partners, oversee invoice approvals, and act as the community expert on local amenities, HOA regulations, and neighborhood features.
