Video Editor Intern

Role Overview
Jawzrsize is looking for a creative Video Editor Intern who is proficient in editing Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and longer-form video content.
This role is perfect for someone who understands fast-paced social media editing, strong hooks, captions, transitions, pacing, and how to turn raw footage into content that feels engaging and platform-ready.
Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Assist with longer-form edits for YouTube, ads, podcasts, events, and brand content
• Add captions, text overlays, hooks, music, transitions, and platform-specific formatting
• Help organize raw footage and create polished content from shoots, events, and creator clips
• Repurpose longer videos into short-form clips
• Stay current on editing trends, viral formats, and platform styles
• Work with the team to create content that feels clean, engaging, and on-brand
Ideal Fit
• Proficient in short-form video editing
• Comfortable editing TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and longer-form content
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, captions, and social media trends
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Interested in fitness, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, creator content, or brand storytelling
• Local to the St. Pete area
