Role Overview
The Temporary Evening‑Shift Customer Success Associate is a pivotal front‑line role that ensures every careerzynith customer feels heard, valued, and delighted. Working remotely, you will be the voice and the smile behind our brand, handling inbound interactions via phone, email, and chat. You’ll guide shoppers through their journey, answer order‑related questions, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience. This position reports to the Customer Success Supervisor and offers a flexible schedule that primarily covers the evening hours, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer interactions during your scheduled shift with a friendly, relatable, and brand‑aligned tone.

Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or fashion retail.
- Reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace suitable for remote work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging responses.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
This position is designed for the evening shift, covering Monday through Friday, 2 pm – 10 pm EST. Occasionally, weekend coverage may be required to align with peak shopping periods or promotional events. Compensation, Perks & Benefits
