Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Review resumes and support shortlisting of suitable candidates • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers • Sit in on interviews and assist with candidate evaluations under guidance • Support sourcing efforts through job portals, databases, and social platforms • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination • Prepare recruitment trackers and basic reports to monitor progress • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups • Support employer branding and campus/recruitment initiatives About You The company is looking for: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) • Well-organised with good attention to detail • Clear communicator comfortable interacting with different stakeholders • Able to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism • Familiar with MS Office applications (experience with an ATS is a bonus, not a must) • Proactive, responsible, and genuinely eager to learn • Available to start immediately • Able to commit to a full 6-month internship Compensation & Benefits • Paid internship • Fully remote work • Direct mentorship from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals • Valuable networking exposure within the recruitment and BPO industry • Opportunity to make a real impact from day one
