Systems Engineer

UFG is seeking a Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of key customer-facing enterprise applications, enterprise SaaS and on-premises systems, including systems such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian Suite, ImageRight, and Miro, as well as underlying infrastructure systems such as Windows Server, LINUX, Hyper-V, and other infrastructure technologies. This role is essential in ensuring the reliable delivery and seamless performance of these systems while driving user adoption and aligning functionality with dynamic business requirements. By combining strong technical skills with a user-focused approach, the Systems Engineer contributes to the scalability, efficiency, and overall strategic value of enterprise applications across the organization.  In general, systems engineers will specialize in one or more of these systems to develop a strong understanding and expertise, serving as a technical expert who oversees the implement, care, and maintenance of these systems are part of the overall UFG technology stack.

UFG Insurance is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $85,991 - $113,412 annually, which represents the typical range for new hires in this role. Individual pay within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, geography and market data.
