Department Description:
The L&D Training Operations department supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs for field-facing and internal teams. The team manages onboarding, training logistics, documentation, and operational processes to ensure training programs run efficiently and consistently.

Job Description:
The L&D Training Operations Intern will support day-to-day training activities, including assisting with onboarding calls conducted twice a month, supporting a new document management initiative, and helping with general training operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to training coordination, process improvement, and learning operations in a fast-paced environment.
