As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. You will own the full post-sale customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation through training, engagement, renewal, and expansion. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000–$96,000, determined by role, level, and location. Within this range, individual pay is calibrated based on work location, job-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, and additional role-specific considerations. Depending on the position, equity, performance-based bonuses, commission, or other incentives may be offered as part of a comprehensive total compensation package.
