About This Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven Strategic Creative Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while playing a pivotal role in shaping how our Sales Leadership team communicates with their teams and partners.
In this position, you will work directly with senior leadership to understand and articulate their business priorities. You will own the end-to-end creative process with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to every detail. As a strong voice and educator for the team, you will build trust while partnering with the wider organization to create consistent, impactful communications.
You will lead a team of creative problem solvers and ensure there is consistent messaging, design, and approaches across all lines of business in the United States. What You'll Do
As a Strategic Creative Communications Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Sales Leadership team is well-represented in how they communicate with their teams and partners. Your creative expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving our internal and external communications to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Keynote Design and Content Development: Lead the complete creative process for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-level inner and outer communications. From initial concept to final delivery, you will craft compelling presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Center of Excellence Leadership: Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for creative resources in the US. Create resources and frameworks to ensure US Sales messaging remains aligned, consistent, and impactful across all communication channels.
- Presentation Development Management: Manage presentation development from ideation to delivery. Develop storylines, coordinate music and deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met with exceptional quality.
- Design Process Innovation: Establish design intake, creation, and delivery processes across US Sales for key communication opportunities. Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and creativity.
- Compelling Story Creation: Develop standardized and cohesive narratives that translate complex business concepts into compelling stories that resonate with a wide range of audiences, from front-line teams to C-suite executives.
- Communication Medium Development: Roll out a suite of communication delivery mediums — including Keynote presentations, video content, and web-based tools — to support diverse communication needs.
- External Communications: Lead Top-to-Top and C-level external meetings, ensuring our most important client interactions are supported by polished, professional presentations.
- Internal Events: Orchestrate Internal Town Halls and Conferences, creating memorable experiences that align teams around our strategic vision.
- Strategic Planning Support: Develop Business Plans and Account Plans with C-level audiences, translating strategic objectives into persuasive visual narratives.
- Team Collaboration: Bring the creative network together to share best methodologies and provide creative oversight to ensure messaging remains aligned across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or comparable experience in design or multi-media across various teams. You should have a track record of balancing short-term project delivery with driving meaningful change.
- Keynote Mastery: Exceptional Keynote design knowledge with a strong creative flair. You should be able to create visually stunning presentations that captivate audiences and effectively convey complex information.
- Written Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing skills to translate complex strategies into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations. Your writing should be clear, persuasive, and tailored to any audience.
- Self-Direction and Independence: Self-motivated and independent with a high sense of duty and self-direction. You should be able to thrive with minimal oversight while delivering exceptional results.
- Creative Problem Solving: An out-of-the-box trouble solver who owns the creative process and isn't afraid to challenge conventions to achieve better outcomes.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to effectively partner with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction. You should be flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Leadership Presence: Recognized as a creative problem solver and leader within the organization. You should be comfortable taking initiative and leading projects independently.
- Decision-Making Under Pressure: Ability to make clean decisions and remain calm when operating under tight deadlines. You must be able to prioritize effectively and maintain quality under pressure.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
