Job Overview
The Sr Mgr Seasons Growth Strategy will have primary responsibility for shaping multi-year growth visions across seasons and crafting annual operating growth algorithms to deliver top and bottom-line growth.
Accountabilities
3Y Growth Vision: Establishes and socializes a 3Y growth vision across seasons that defines where to play and how to win – grounded in consumer insights, cultural relevance, portfolio strengths, and financial ambition
Annual Growth Algorithm: Develops and owns an annual operating growth algorithm that translates long‑term vision into specific levers across building block levers
Seasons Connectivity: Ensures tight integration between teams shaping portfolio news (portfolio creators) and those activating the season (seasons activation)
Leadership Communication: Effectively socializes seasonal growth strategies with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring shared understanding, commitment, and clarity on priorities
Seasonal Performance: Establishes success metrics, scorecards, and post‑season performance reviews that track both financial outcomes and leading indicators
Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative
Ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strategy: Deep understanding of how portfolio strategy, seasonal tentpoles, and annual operating plans connect to drive sustained growth across the full marketing mix
General Management: Strong command of P&L mechanics, growth algorithms, and margin drivers to translate vision into clear and quantified plans
Analytical Thinking: Ability to connect data and insight across consumer and commercial inputs to improve decision quality, speed, and expectations
Strategic Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling, multi‑year growth visions that are both inspiring and operationally grounded yet clear and concise
Consumer Oriented: Knowledge of how consumer behavior, cultural moments, and retail dynamics shape seasonal demand
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
6+ years experience in strategy and management consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) required, marketing experience preferred.
