Position Overview
The Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Transplant role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position within careerzynith’s Specialty Mail Order team. Key Responsibilities
- Enter transplant‑related prescription data into careerzynith’s pharmacy management system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Screen incoming orders for completeness, flag questionable prescriptions, and route them to the supervising pharmacist for review.
- Initiate outbound communications (phone calls, faxes, secure emails) with physicians, clinics, and specialty pharmacies to clarify prescription details, request substitutions, or confirm formulary changes.
