Position Summary

We are currently hiring a dedicated Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative – CPAP Resupply Specialist to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center within the Murray Operations division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for sleep therapy patients who depend on careerzynith for their CPAP equipment and ongoing resupply needs. Your primary responsibility will be new order intake, ensuring accuracy in product selection, verifying patient demographics, payer information, and physician details, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects careerzynith's commitment to patient advocacy and care excellence.

Beyond order processing, you will also provide basic sleep coaching, reinforce proper cleaning and maintenance routines for CPAP equipment, serve as a product expert on various mask interfaces, and assist patients with basic mask fit issues. This is a high-volume, fast-paced inbound call environment where your ability to combine technical product knowledge with compassionate patient communication will make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.
