We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for a government contact center. The role involves building and maintaining Salesforce features, integrations, dashboards, workflows, and automation to support case management and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
• Work on Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
• Support case management, routing, escalation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and federal teams.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce or AI-based Salesforce automation.
• Good understanding of DevOps, testing, release management, and production support.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Agentforce certification required.
• US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check are mandatory.
