The Senior Project Manager will ensure that the project management team manages projects in an efficient manner, as well as oversee all the needs of the team. The Senior Project Manager will ensure the profitability of the account(s) they are responsible for, assist the Senior Production Manager in understanding the details and processes that go into a production localization workflow, gather client needs and transform them into actions, evangelize, implement and promote the use of technology and automation across the team, as well as the use and implementation of consistent and standardized processes, to be well-documented and maintained.

Production Coordination
- Coordinate tasks and responsibilities amongst the Global team and guide prioritization of work.
- Monitor capacity, distribute workload and report to Senior Production Manager on status to offer available time or request additional support as needed.
- Manage bank holiday coverage as required.
- Monitor flow of work and analyze data to ensure no backlogs or issues.
- Liaise with the client or Senior Production Manager as applicable on live work.
- Assist with management of projects if needed.

Processes
- Work with the PM team to document all processes and maintain documents in an up-to-date state.
- Proactively work with the PM team to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies and technologies.
- Provide feedback to the Company stakeholders and/or Senior Production Manager on technical issues or potential improvements, utilizing feedback from PMs and linguists and assessing need and priority.
- Work with the Senior Production Manager and global team to ensure that the project’s specific workflows and KWS technical processes are followed.
- Be proactive in making decisions on work methods to be used on projects and on a team level, while liaising with the Senior Production Manager and following established standards and procedures defined by the Company and for the clients.

Finance
- Ensure the account(s) cost are within budget.
- Regularly review margins of the account(s).
- Analyze cost versus productivity.
- Liaise with the Senior Production Manager in ensuring that the team follows the global strategy.
- Coordinate with Senior Production Manager on invoicing process as needed, including getting spend report data and input of all revenue and costs into BPS if applicable.
- Oversee the approval of supplies and any related costs.
- Provide inputs on forecasting based on pipeline information from clients.
- Support implementation of any margin improvement actions as applicable.
- Provide financial reporting as needed.

Communication
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, liaising with them and the Senior Production Manager to understand their goals and expectations and anticipating/addressing client needs and concerns to prevent issues.
- Supervise the PMs' daily communication with the clients, ensuring it is professional and efficient, following up on issues as needed.
- Ensure the overall communication within the team happens regularly, fostering good working relationships with all the global team members as per KWS standards.
- Make sure the communication from the team and other internal or external stakeholders is addressed promptly and professionally.

- Attend client meetings as needed.
- Coordinate and implement the client strategy as required.
- Keep Senior Production Manager duly informed about the account’s health and any challenges.
- Make sure that client complaints are promptly addressed, following KWS and internal applicable processes and involving the Senior Production Manager when needed by ensuring the Keywords CAPA process is followed.
- Liaise with clients to understand their goals and expectations and anticipate/address client needs and concerns to prevent issues.

Requirements
- Experience either on videogames and/or localization sectors, be it on client or vendor side, with degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science or Games Development as an advantage.
- Familiarity with production workflows is a plus.
- Experience in working with CAT tools in general (and memoQ in particular) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in client-facing communication in both English and Japanese is a plus.
- Business-level command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is a must.
- Ability to use good judgment to prioritize tasks.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced, complex global environment.
