Role Description
This position involves analyzing and managing resources that provide financial analysis support to management.
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Effectively manages projects to ensure financial integrity and reconcilability.
- Provides leadership, clear communication, and expertise in recommending improvements to procedural, internal control, and system processes that support financial planning and analysis.
- Develops processes and financial models that support efficient and accurate analysis and reporting.
- Effectively manages areas of responsibility to meet established deadlines and business urgency.
- Identifies trends and developments and presents findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 7 or more years relevant experience.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in developing meaningful financial analyses to include analytics, business insights, and recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, develop practical recommendations, and drive implementation with business leaders.
- Solid accounting working knowledge to include relationship between P&L and Balance Sheet activities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide timely and accurate deliverables under tight time commitments.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and personnel at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud ERP working experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Alteryx experience preferred.
- Preference given to candidates that reside in Eastern time zone US due to business operations.
