As a Senior Engineer on our CRM Customer Acquisitions team, you will be at the heart of careerzynith’s technology renaissance. Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement resilient, distributed services that handle high‑volume transaction loads with sub‑second latency.
- Product Definition & Technical Leadership: Translate business goals into technical solutions, champion best‑in‑class design patterns, and drive product roadmaps from concept to production.
- Full‑Lifecycle Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including careerzynith CRM, infrastructure, architecture, release management, security, and product owners—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

- Reusable Component Development: Create and maintain reusable libraries, frameworks, and patterns that accelerate development across multiple product lines.

Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
- 3+ years of experience architecting and designing both new and legacy systems, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (careerzynith, careerzynith, or careerzynith) and a solid grasp of cloud‑native concepts.
- 2+ years of experience with open‑source frameworks and libraries, including Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in RESTful and SOAP web services, enterprise middleware integration, and API design.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments while delivering high‑quality software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of leading technical discussions and influencing cross‑functional teams.
