Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the voice of compassion and expertise for 50‑70 callers each day, guiding them through complex benefit inquiries, eligibility questions, billing concerns, and authorization processes. You will also serve as a trusted resource and subject‑matter expert for your teammates, helping to elevate the overall service experience and ensuring that every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to integrity, empathy, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a go‑to resource for team members, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Escalation Management: Resolve high‑complexity calls in a “one‑and‑done” manner, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Benefit & Eligibility Support: Answer inbound calls, accurately identify the caller’s needs (benefits, eligibility, billing, authorizations, EOBs) and deliver clear, concise information.
- Active Listening & Documentation: Ask probing questions, listen attentively, and capture essential details in careerzynith’s CRM systems.
- Provider Coordination: Liaise with doctors’ offices and internal specialists to schedule appointments, obtain records, or clarify treatment plans on behalf of members.
- Self‑Service Enablement: Guide customers through careerzynith’s online portals, encouraging self‑sufficiency while providing reassurance and support.
- End‑to‑End Issue Resolution: Own each case from start to finish, delivering real‑time solutions or timely follow‑up to ensure complete resolution.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Minimum age of 18 years.
