Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Creative Visual Designer – Brand & Digital Design Specialist to lead the design and production of visual assets across both print and digital platforms. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States, provided you are able to commit to working Central Standard Time (CST) business hours. The initial engagement is a six-month contract with strong potential for extension or transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
You’ll work closely with marketing, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, on-brand creative that supports a wide range of initiatives — from social media campaigns and email marketing to executive presentations and printed collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand-Aligned Design Production: Design and produce a wide range of visual collateral that strictly adheres to careerzynith brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and print materials.
- Concept-to-Completion Collaboration: Partner with team members, marketing leads, and key stakeholders to conceptualize, refine, and execute design projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring creative solutions meet strategic goals.
- Quality Assurance & Standards: Maintain the highest graphic design standards by reviewing your own work for accuracy, visual polish, typographic excellence, and brand alignment before final delivery.
- Multi-Project Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality output.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring fresh ideas and modern techniques to elevate careerzynith’s visual storytelling.
- Cross-Divisional Support: Provide creative support to multiple divisions within careerzynith, adapting your design approach to suit different audiences, tones, and campaign objectives.
- File & Asset Organization: Maintain organized digital file structures, version control, and asset libraries to ensure easy access, reusability, and efficient collaboration across the team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience with 3 to 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with additional design or motion tools is a strong plus.
- Digital Portfolio: A strong, polished digital portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across digital and print mediums is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Independent Workload Management: Demonstrated ability to manage your own workload, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and incorporate feedback gracefully.
