Job Summary

The Vice President, Life and Annuities is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding independent insurance agents and advisors into the FMO’s annuity platform. This role drives advisor growth, supports premium expansion, and strengthens the distribution network.
This position is designed as a career growth track role. While the primary responsibility is recruiting and activation of new advisors, the individual will progressively develop expertise in case design, product positioning, and sales strategy — ultimately contributing directly to production growth and team revenue.
