SDR/BDR role at Interplay Learning focused on new customer acquisition for a SaaS career development platform using 3D simulations and VR to teach skilled trades. Key Responsibilities: Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach to identify and qualify leads for Interplay's B2B SaaS platform across assigned market segments. Manage the sales pipeline, schedule discovery calls with prospects, and support the sales team in moving opportunities forward through the sales cycle. Skills & Tools: 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS and/or EdTech with strong prospecting, discovery, and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to research target accounts, craft compelling outreach, and manage pipelines with discipline and attention to detail. Qualifications: 2+ years of prior sales experience (BDR/SDR or direct sales) is essential; SaaS and EdTech background preferred. Must be organized, coachable, and passionate about the skilled trades industry and workforce development.
