This is a remote position. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on user management, automation, data integrity, and system enhancements, ensuring the platform supports business processes effectively. Key Responsibilities 1.       User Management & Security ·       Create and manage: Users, roles, profiles, permission sets Maintain data security and access controls Handle login issues, password resets, and user support 2. Configuration & Customization o   Configure SF features: Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types o   Build automation using: Flows (preferred), Workflow Rules (legacy) o   Customize: Validation rules, Approval processes 3. Data Management Perform: Data imports/exports (Data Loader, Import Wizard) Ensure data quality: Deduplication, Data validation Maintain data integrity and governance 4. Reports & Dashboards o   Create and maintain: Reports and dashboards o   Provide insights to stakeholders, Optimize reporting performance 5. Support & Maintenance Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets Monitor system performance and usage 6. Release & Deployment Support o   Assist in: Change management, Deployment activities (Change Sets) Test new features and enhancements 7. Collaboration Work with: Business users, Developers, QA teams Gather requirements and translate into system configurations ​ KPIs / Success Metrics User satisfaction and support resolution time, Data quality and accuracy Adoption rate of Salesforce features, Report accuracy and usability System uptime and performance Role Progression Next Level: Senior Salesforce Administrator Future Path: Business Analyst / Salesforce Developer / Consultant ​ Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Salesforce platform and data model Security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules) Hands-on experience with: Flows and process automation, Reports and dashboards Knowledge of: Data Loader, Import Wizard, Basic SOQL (preferred) Tools & Technologies Salesforce Setup & Admin tools, Data Loader, Excel / Google Sheets (data handling) Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Experience Requirements 1–3 years of Salesforce administration experience Experience supporting business users and managing orgs Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability, Excellent communication and user support skills Attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks
