Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Mexico Workplace Type: Remote       Job Summary   The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as a Sales Executive We are seeking a motivated and resourceful B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, high-volume cold calling, and developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will play a critical role in generating revenue by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.    The B2B Sales Representative at Welcome Wagon is responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling, and self-sourced lead generation. This role requires a highly motivated, disciplined sales professional who is comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up and engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers.     They will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying businesses that can benefit from Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions. Success in this position depends on their ability to consistently create opportunities, manage their pipeline effectively, and close new business in a competitive, high-activity environment.      What You Will Do As A Sales Executive Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers  Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp    Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads  Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients   Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business    Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems   Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets    What You Will Bring As A Sales Executive High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus  Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)  1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)  Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently  Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment  Strong organizational and time management skills  Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload      ​ Desktop or laptop:  Windows OS requirements  At least Intel Core i5 6th generation with 2.0 GHz  At least AMD A8 7th generation with 2.0 GHz  Ryzen 5 or above with 2.0 GHz  Windows 10 or above  8 GB of RAM  Mobile  Android version 7.0+ or above or iOS 13.0 or above  The device must be protected with an automatic screen lock and require a passcode, FaceId, or Fingerprint to unlock     What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group   Quick recruitment process through video calls.  Pay rate: MXN 133.00 an hour Monthly Incentive Bonus according to results Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career.   Support: You’re working from home, but not alone!
