We’re Hiring – Revit Drafter / Interior Architecture Support

Maybeck Design Group is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revit Drafter to support our growing team on commercial office, coworking, hospitality, and multifamily projects nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced design environment and is comfortable supporting active project deadlines, construction documentation, and interior architectural coordination.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Revit models and construction documents
• Assist with interior architectural drafting and detailing
• Support space planning, RCPs, finish plans, elevations, and detailing
• Coordinate drawing updates and redlines
• Assist with 3D modeling and rendering coordination
• Support project teams with permit and construction documentation
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and consultants
• Help maintain drawing organization and project deadlines
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience required
• Strong Revit proficiency REQUIRED
• Experience with commercial interiors, multifamily, hospitality, or coworking projects preferred
• Understanding of construction documentation standards
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and fast-paced project environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or rendering platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Candidates must be open to completing an initial trial period to assess technical skills, workflow efficiency, communication, and overall fit with the team.
• This is not an entry-level training role — applicants should already be comfortable working in Revit within active project environments.
