They are seeking motivated sales development representatives to generate interest, qualify prospective leads, and build a pipeline for their sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
- Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
Skills
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
