Our client embraces a remote-first culture. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, setup, and execution of all virtual events, including webinars, online conferences, and digital workshops. Manage virtual event platforms, ensuring smooth technical operation and troubleshooting any issues that arise during live events. Collaborate with internal marketing, communications, and content teams to develop event agendas, speaker coordination, and promotional materials. Liaise with external vendors and platform providers to secure necessary technology and support. Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents for virtual events. Monitor participant engagement and feedback during and after events, providing insights for improvement. Manage virtual event registration processes, attendee communications, and follow-up activities. Ensure all virtual events are delivered professionally, on time, and within budget. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in virtual event management. Provide post-event reports, analyzing key metrics such as attendance, engagement, and feedback. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in coordinating or managing virtual events and webinars. Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, Hopin, Bizzabo, Cvent) and webinar software. Strong understanding of online event technology, streaming capabilities, and troubleshooting common technical issues. Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with remote teams and participants. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality virtual experiences.
