Creative Circle is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of complex digital products and web experiences, focusing on improving healthcare and safety-critical experiences. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and compliant design solutions from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement UX/UI design strategies for digital products and websites
- Lead design initiatives from concept through execution across multiple projects
- Translate user needs and research insights into intuitive, effective design solutions
- Create UX deliverables including user flows, site maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases
- Present design concepts and articulate rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Apply best practices in usability engineering and human-centered design
- Contribute to and optimize design processes, tools, and standards
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design processes
- Knowledge of usability, human factors, and risk mitigation in design
- Experience conducting or supporting user research (interviews, usability testing, task analysis)
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, clinical, regulatory)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or similar) preferred
