TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Territory Operations Consultant to support the execution and optimization of territory management processes across the go-to-market organization. This role focuses on ensuring accurate territory assignment and operational consistency across Salesforce and related systems, collaborating closely with RevOps, Sales, and Systems teams.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce execution & data integrity: Execute territory assignments, account ownership changes, and coverage updates based on approved GTM rules; maintain territory structures, hierarchies, and segmentation logic; validate that changes propagate correctly across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities
- Assignment & routing rules: Support configuration and maintenance of territory assignment and routing logic; validate automated outcomes for Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
- Systems change support: Partner with RevOps and Systems teams on Salesforce and Varicent changes — help assess impacts, support UAT, identify risks, and contribute to post-launch stabilization
- Case & request management: Own the territory request queue — manage intake, prioritize work, execute updates accurately and on time, and maintain clear documentation of decisions and changes
- Governance & compliance: Apply governance standards to all territory updates; validate that changes don't negatively impact active pipeline, renewals, or quota alignment; handle exceptions and escalate where needed
- Process improvement: Identify recurring friction points or data quality issues and recommend improvements to automation, workflows, or rules
Skills
- 4–7+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Territory Management)
- Experience with territory assignment, routing logic, and ownership rules
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, segmentation, and coverage models
- Experience managing data updates, validation, and bulk operations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot complex assignment or data issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working in case-driven or ticket-based operational workflows
