Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking a Temporary Consulting Senior Recruiter to support their experienced-hire recruiting team. This role involves managing full life-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
- Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
- Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred
