About the Role

As a Remote Technical Support and Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing outstanding service and technical assistance via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through digital channels. Your mission will be to resolve routine and moderately complex issues, answer questions about client products and services, and ensure that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
