Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in enterprise-level Identity and Access Management projects. The role involves leading the migration to Okta, managing program lifecycles, and driving operational improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Client
- Manage the enterprise-wide migration to Okta, ensuring the initiative meets scalable architecture goals while minimizing disruption to business operations
- Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution
- Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our Enterprise Technology teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups across the company
- Drive operational process improvements across the organization
Skills
- ~7+ years Technical Project/Program Management experience
- Experienced Technical Program Manager with strong enterprise-scale program delivery, stakeholder management, and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Ability to drive end-to-end program (planning/execution)
- Comfortable engaging VP/SVP/CTO-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management, with a focus on driving adoption for large-scale technical migrations
- Strong verbal and written communication - excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (e.g., containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery)
- Okta and IAM project experience is preferred
- Proven success managing large-scale IAM migration initiatives, particularly with Okta, is a plus
