[Remote] Systems Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• End Point
• Expert in management and deployment of Apple products, specifically iPADS
• Management in Apple Business Manager
• Managed via Intune
• Understands networking
• Expert troubleshooting of Windows client OS (Windows 10/11), registry, policy processing, user profiles, and application compatibility
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, co-management, Autopilot, software packaging, patching, compliance, and device lifecycle governance
• Lead Modern Management with Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings/feature flighting, application lifecycle (Win32/MSIX), Autopilot, and co-management scenarios
