[Remote] Sr QA Analyst - UAT, Healthcare

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mavensoft Technologies is seeking an experienced UAT Tester in the healthcare domain to provide advanced testing support and expertise. The role involves designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing (UAT), collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value.

Responsibilities

• Support both agile and traditional delivery teams by designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value
• Serve as a subject matter expert in test design, test execution, defect evaluation, and testing process improvement

Skills

• Strong understanding of UAT processes, SDLC, and agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Experience designing and executing complex test scenarios
• Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal direction
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), security testing fundamentals, and performance considerations
• Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in a government or regulated environment
• Familiarity with test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, etc.)
• Experience preparing or managing test data
• Strong UAT or QA background with experience testing complex systems
